Warranty 12 Months warranty applies on all new goods from the date of Sales Invoice to Cygnus Dealer. Returns Goods cannot be returned without prior permission - A 20% handling charge will be payable for goods correctly supplied. Repair Goods within their warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Goods not in their warranty period will be repaired, where possible, at a standard cost for labour and carriage plus the cost of any parts used.
