In April 2010 Cygnus Automotive Ltd was created from Cygnus Automotive Ltd in Cannock and Lucas Tronic Systems Ltd and Cygnus Taximeter Rentals Ltd in London. The London operation has been branded as Taxiworld London. We now have the largest independent rental database operating in London, with in excess of 12,500 rental contracts.
The success of our London operation is a clear demonstration of the quality and reliability of our Taximeters. This, combined with our second to none service back up, has proved a winning formula.
We have EIGHTEEN service dealers, spread conveniently across the capital, supporting our main two dealers which are Mann and Overton, Islington, and KPM Taxis, Hemming Street, London. This completely unrivalled network of dealers, shows the level of our commitment, to ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business.
London Tariff Change April 2010
Taxiworld London carried out their London tariff change over the weekend of 10th & 11th April 2010, which was held at BT Fleet Workshop in Tufnell Park. Our proficiently trained staff worked flat out during the weekend.
The whole team’s effort created an average waiting time of less than five minutes!
